Members Flod
Found one used for cheap at my local shop, and since I've been in the market for a cheap 5:er it struck me that I should buy it. Four problems though. 1: Action is really high, I can fix it, no problems, but for testing purposes, it's kinda hard to give it a fair trial. 2: Then there's the static. It hums differently when you rotate the bass, so I guess it's unshielded, right? 3: The fretboard has begun to come of att the E:strings f. 4: DEAD, DEAD GONE strings. Once again, hard to trial it justly. Will bring my P/J tomorrow and A/B it. Kind of hoping it'll sound decent for the money, would love to show that bass some love. It's like a purpose of it's own. Has anyone played one?

Members Sunken
My second bass was a Vester, a Warwick Corvette copy. It was a decent beginners bass. Not more. The fretboard issue would make me run as far away from this bass as possible unless it
Members Flod
Oh, allright then... Guess I'll wait 'till I find a decent fiver. And Sunken, you're right... If I could talk it down to 200 sek, then It would be allright. But the price now is 10x that I really wanted to fix her up, though...
