Members THB_bassman
I am in no way affiliated with Genz Benz, but this is a company I'll come back to for future bass gear needs. I recently bought an older (5-6 years?) Genz Benz 410T-XB, because a fellow bassist who was retiring used it and I always loved his sound, and I got a pretty good deal on it.Being "older" I wanted wheels and a handle like the newer ones come with. I emailed the company and almost immediately got an email from Mr. Genzler himself. He set me up, for a reasonable price. At one point I had a question, so I emailed him and within minutes he CALLED me!He got my problem resolved with no hassle. It should be pointed out, excellent customer service does still exist these days.

This ain't anything we haven't heard before, but it's still cool to know that Roger and the guys kick more ass every day. Members THB_bassman
Yeah, I saw that thread, and it kind of inspired me to tell my little tale. I might have to go check out their heads, though my Mesa 400 is fine.
Members hasbeen
thanks very much guys for the kind words. Its a great way to start the weekend! I joked to Jeff Genzler at the last NAMM show that I see so many comments that customers spoke to "Jeff himself" that I was going to have his NAMM badge changed to say that. I also told him jokingly that when I read that people are glad they got a chance to speak with him that I post "oh yeah, try having to speak with him six times a day". Seriousy though, he's one of my best friends in the world and he's fostered and ethic at his company from the ground up that the musician comes first in all aspects. ...works great for me because I'm a musician first and "Genz Benz guy" second. Members 78pbass
Jeff's a class act- called me several times in helping me and Sammy490 hear a GB firshand. So much so that it landed Sammy490 into a gbe600 that I get to play with like its my own. Great amp, great people, i hope for great things for you all!
