Members burdizzos Posted September 23, 2005 Members Share Posted September 23, 2005 I'm about to be promoted to middle management and the plant manager has a history of telling you something and then denying it later when caught in a lie. I have no idea why he does this, but I want to protect myself from his foolishness. I realize that it is probably illegal and unethical to secretly record conversations, but it's far worse to get caught without a paddle. Besides, I can always set the recorder on the table befoer I get bent over it, such that he is aware that everything is on the record. So, with the disclaimer out of the way, does anyone have any experience with these things? Recommendations? Do the mp3 players that come with voice recording capacity do an acceptable job?
