One thing I've learned is never to buy the cheapest of anything.

+1. Get most watts you can get for the money. Its tough to amplify those low frequencies. 10 watts works for guitar, but more is better for bass.

You get what you pay for. I bought a new, cheap practice amp at GC for $79.00. I thought it was great, until the day that I really needed a CD input, and this amp didn't have one. If I'd bought the $99.00 amp that had a CD input, I wouldn't have to whine about it.

This 10W dedicated bass amp has 3-band EQ and presence control. Its closed back design and 6" speaker with headphone out make it ideal for backstage warming up and for beginners in need of loud sound.

What a load of rot.

Ibanez should be ashamed of this type of rubbish.

Mate, put away $15 a week for the next few weeks and get something nice.

I have a 25w amp that I sometimes use for busking, but it IS {censored}house for bass
