Members Zeromus-X
So far, the winner in my eyes is probably (hed)p.e. It honestly seems like on their latest CD, they tried to make the most offensive CD possible. Now, there's a big difference between grossly disgusting and offensive. For example, I'm sure there will be tons of Anal {censored} lyrics on here, but those aren't really offensive for the most part -- hell, most of them are funny because they just go beyond that line. Anything more offensive (not just to you, but to others in general) you can think of? I'm talking the songs you have to turn your iPod's volume down when they come on so that the person sitting next to you doesn't hear them.
Members Thunderbroom
My vote: Blowfly A little background... "BLOWFLY Back in the '70s, Blowfly (aka Clarence Reid) was penning songs like "She's Too Fat to {censored}" and "Can I Come In Your Mouth" while establishing himself (as Reid) as a successful songwriter, writing cleaner lyrics for recognized artists K.C. and the Sunshine Band and Betty Wright, among others. As Blowfly, Reid's potty mouth often parodied others' songs (turning "Rock Around the Clock" into "Suck Around the Clock," for example), and Blowfly's Porno Freak became the first album in American musical history to be banned for foul language. While Blowfly's career peaked during the '70s, his underground cult following remained steady during the '80s and '90s, during which Reid continued to release albums and play abroad (and, of course, sing about broads in less-than-flattering ways). On his upcoming Fahrenheit 69, Blowfly offers a glimpse into what it would be like to be a black president ("Blowfly for President: '04"), throwing a rump-shaking array of funk, rock and soul into the mix. In a live setting, watching a man approaching 60 donning a cartoon-like costume and spitting out rhymes like "She's too fat to {censored}/all she can do is suck" is a sign that there's nothing wrong with becoming a dirty old man." Here's a little sample for you: "aid hih, ha, hih, ha, hih, ha, ha Hih, ha, hih, ha, hih, heh, heh 1-2, I said {censored} you 3-4, your mammy

Members PrestiaRules
I know a lot of people that were offended when Propaghandi peened "Less Talk More Rock" in the early 90s...we had this verse on our answering machine in University simply because it did: "Did you know that when I was nine I tried to {censored} a friend of mine. He was eight than I turned ten....14 Years later it happened againwith another friendThis time with me on the receiving end...." Chorus lead in ....."...all the fists in the world can't save you now..." We got a lot of laughs but even more people offended. We had to change once the other roomies were looking for work Edit: Needless to say my roomies 'ultra activist' protesting bi-sexual girlfriend thought we were all just great for being so "Gay Positive"

Members MageZ
Anal {censored}? And offensive? 4. Saving Ourselves For Marriage I saw your deep blue eyes from afar I saw you at the church bazaar I asked the priest to introduce me to your mother And I asked her to introduce us to each other I asked you to go on a picnic of our own But you insisted on taking a chaperone I apologized for being so bold and rude So I invited your parents for lemonade and food We're saving ourselves Saving ourselves for marriage Saving ourselves, for a baby carriage Restraining ourselves, till the moment's right Saving ourselves, for our wedding night After four years of dating, I decided to take a risk I held both your hands, and kissed your rose-petaled lips We stared into each others' eyes, wondering what was next But we knew not to ruin our love with pre-marital sex We're saving ourselves Saving ourselves for marriage Saving ourselves, for a baby carriage Restraining ourselves, till the moment's right Saving ourselves, for our wedding night Years went by, our courtship was grand One day I asked your father for your hand I'd never treat you like an object, only like a lady I'd never consider having sex, except to have a baby We're saving ourselves Saving ourselves for marriage Saving ourselves, for a baby carriage Restraining ourselves, till the moment's right Saving ourselves, for our wedding night

Keep in mind that this song is 25 years old and is not his earliest work. Depends on your definition of offensive. It also depends on your definition of music and lyrics. I imagine most would find this offensive but context makes all the difference. This is offensive in the hands of kids especially unsupervised kids under 14. And there are many parents today who have no idea what their kids are listening to much less their needs for structure and discipline. As far as these 'lyrics' go, they are more gratuitous, inane and stupid than anything else. It also shows us that there are always suckers and idiots who will buy this tripe some will call black culture while others will call it (cough) music. My question is, where are all the feminists when {censored} like this goes to market?

Members Dark Slide
Stephen Lynch has the funniest, most offensive songs I've heard. For the LadiesI kissed you on the cheekGood night my love I sayYou turned to me and smileA baby's on the way. And then you drift asleepTo dream of life anewAnd I lie wonderingJust what I should do I could kick you in the stomachAnd catch you unawaresI could swear to God you accidentlyFell that flight of stairs When I tell you that I love youI will look you in the eyeAs I slowly slide the hanger up your thigh. Special Olympics watch them run, watch them fall, watch them try 2 catch a ball...........olympics, at the special olmypics.watch them laugh, watch them drool, watch them fall into the pool- thats diving-at them special olympics.and i know, full well, that i will buuurn in hell-but those guyz playin wheel chair basketball has got 2 b one of the funniest freakin things i have ever seen in mai life................at the special olympics. VERSE 2 (he actually sais that) kid with downs wins the race, even though he stood in place, olympics....at the special olympics. 'round his neck, gold medals hung, resting on his giant tounge-olympics, at the special olympics.but i kid when i sing, cuz these games r a beautiful thing- ok i am really just avoiding karma, cuz i know mai kids will b born crippled and blind and until i am retired i will have 2 spend all of mai time......................at the special olympics..............."i feel, i feel so guilty about this.", "and as u should!" Granted, he is TRYING to be offensive and funny... but he succedes.
Members scarecrowbob
I agree that it is all about context. Personally, I have a hard time being offended by violent or sexual content. But Damn if I don't get all riled up about Toby Keith and Willie Nelson being pro-lynching. To me that is offensive: Well a man come on the 6 o

Members Zeromus-X
I saw SOD play a one-off reunion show in 2000 up in New Jersey... funny as hell. ARES: The new CD is all over the map, so to speak. No two songs on the disc sound the same. If that sounds like your thing, go for it. It's got a lot less "rock" to it and a lot more of their hip-hop influence, but the first song (the second track) is probably my favorite song out of any CD they've ever released. It's the heaviest one on the album, IMO, and it {censored}ing kills. The second track is a good fast "hardcore" song... after that there's a bit of hip-hop stuff. It bounces between them. I think it's around track 10 that there's even a song written about {censored}ing underage girls at concerts because he forgot to check their ID, too. ("Them big ass titties make it hard to see!") Members Moody Johnny
One man's offensive is another one's funny. Anal {censored} is pretty redundant, but a song by A.C.s Seth Putnam called "I Went Back In Time And Voted For Hitler" complete with nice "Vote for Hitler!" -shouts in the mid section just made me smile. But lyrics succeeding to be at the same time funny but so taboo they bring the "eewww!" feeling in me, must be by Turbonegro. Or what do you think about this?: Midnight NAMBLA I am the midnight NAMBLA I am the two inch gambler The fondler of the nobbler The Nemesis of the toddler I look just like your father but I am The midnight NAMBLA I am the baby snake handler I am the nude pube bangler The dark fandangler The fondler of the nobbler The nemesis of the toddler I look just like your father but I am The midnight NAMBLA That's what I am I'm a nambling man I am gonna namble your asshole Tonight But the lyrics actually hate is any gore grind band's poo lyrics. It's like musical Open Jam.

It's offensive, but it still makes me laugh as much as the early racist gangsta rap did. Vulgarity amuses me. And yes it IS David Coe, he sells the CD's with those songs at his shows.
