Members GrooveMonkey
I went up to my drummers house to practice for an upcoming show expecting to be in the basement and have just three bandmembers. Wrong! We set up out on his deck that overlooks the Champlain Valley, and there were many other unexpected musicians that traveled up from the NYC area!!! We had drums, Bass, guitar, mandolin (the mando-bird), djembe & congas, keyboard, and an acordian. What a blast!!! Here's some pics: Me...Groovin' The Mando-Bird Mandolin (very cool) The Drummers & recording/soundman Mike on Congas & Djembe Jeff on keys, acordian, & mandolin Good times! http://cdbaby.com/cd/philhenry

Members Retrovertigo
Groovemonkey, that is awesome. Its always a good time jamming with musicians that you don't normally play with. That had to have been a very nice surprise:cool:
Members DanTolen
How does that mando bird sound? I was thinking about buying one actually. Does it have kind of a high electric guitar sound, or does it replicate an acustic mandolin?
