Members chocolate ghost
Hi everyone.I'm looking for a quality, high-tech fuzz pedal. Something that sounds like - Myxomatosis- Exit Music (both by radiohead)Any help is appreciated. Thanks
Members sunburstbasser
The tones on "Myxamatosis" sound almost like a synth fuzz of some sort, more than any fuzz pedal. I know a Big Muff won't do that. I don't know what would, though.
Members zenfascist
Check this out. Fuzzy enough for you? Here's another good one that works good for bass as well as guitar if that other one was to fuzzy for you.
Members sunburstbasser
Actually I just thought about Zachary Vex's Fuzz Factory as I opened this thread again. That should do the trick, though it is a pricey one. The Woolly Mammoth might do it but it isn't so much the amoung of gain in those songs as it is the fuzz tone and frequencies. The Fuzz Factory should be able to at least fake that really really well.
Members zenfascist
I want a zvex pedal so badly. I think those wah probes are so damn cool. But they're so EXPENSIVE.

I have NEVER heard anything quite like it, insanity in an effect. The reissues are around $300 though.
