Members flyboyremmy
Hey guys. I put a hole in one of my speakers on my backup cab the other day. Is there any way I could patch it or do I need to get it reconed? also, are there any diy kits for reconing or would I just screw it up worse? Thanks! Members J the D
Best bet is to send it off to get it properly reconed for proper performance.
Members mrcrow
a short get you home trick is some shellac on the back if possible and push the parts back together.. but really recone peavey speakers recone easily.

Members Droplaw621
Speaking of reconing, can a speaker be reconed if the middle got punched in. I took off my tolex cover on the 8-10 and my stupid guitarist punched the blown speaker.
