Members bassman1956
2 weeks ago today, spent the afternoon there. (Had flown into Orlando, and my buddy and I stopped there on the way out of town.) First thoughts: Shop was smaller than I expected, and tucked back off the main. But man, nuthin' but basses! Beautiful! Even EUB's on display! Dealt with Perry. Good guy, very helpful. Dave LaRue was also floating around the place. Perry set me up with a 4 string bongo, single HH + piezo, and a 5-string bongo with MM + J combination, as well as a SR5 fretless. Thought I'd like the peizo setup best, but turned out I liked the MM + J best for tone. The SR5 fretless was a dream to play, but tonally didn't seem as versitile. Also, Perry set me up with a Lakland Skyline hollowbody to play, which stole my heart! Sweeeeet! All in all, an excellent experience! Can't believe I got out of there without buying a new bass! Just cannot believe it! But, as much as I liked that Bongo, or the Lakland, knew I still preferred my Jerzy, so it would've been a hard sell. Members Jugghaid
They're great Ive bought several grand worth of stuff from them over the years. Outstanding guys who really know their stuff, and they'll deal quite a bit as well. Especially for repeat customers.
Members Slats
I've got to highly recommend them also. I bought some Ampeg equipment there a year or so ago after shopping it to death, and they were easy to deal with and had the best price. A guy I knew was in there shopping. A few days later he got a $20.00 bill in the mail. He had unknowingly dropped it in there... the salesman found it and actually mailed it to him! Members degroove
I got my USA Lakland and a Eden 115 from them. Grasshopper helped me. He is the man. If I end up getting more new stuff, I would go with them.

When are you gonna come over an' play her? That's a MM shell p/g. Good luck finding one at GC set up well. Flore's in Peoria had 2 of 'em, a maple fretboard and a rosewood fretboard, both setup REAL sweet! I was sold.

Members 4string
T. Alan Smith if you ever want to sell that fretless, you would probably make a killing. Everyone here wants it, me included. Why don't you PM me your address and when your not home and I'll come borrow it.
Members bassplayer7770
I bought my Musicman Sterling, Aguilar cab(s), and Eden head from them. They've always been great. No problems. In fact, I was pretty amazed that they had the exact Sterling I wanted already in stock.
Members fureybass
They are also really cool for the student budget, too. I went to college in O-town, and my first bass was a cheapo thing, so the neck warped. I took it to them to see if they could do something. They ended up taking a neck off an old no name beater they had in the back and slapping it on. They had to do some routing to fit it in the pocket, but they got me out on the cheap. Very appreciated. I think that says something about their service. This was before they moved to their current shop. That was tiny shop. Next to one of my favorite bars in Orlando -- viva la Copper Rocket. I try to go every chance I'm visiting the in-laws.
