If I get the munchies, I just grab some cheese & crackers and keep on playing. If I need to take a whizz, I just grab my trusty piss bottle and fill 'er up (with my back to the audience of course). Try to eat a couple of hours before you start the gig and only drink as much as you need to stay hydrated. Seriously, though...I cut a set short one time because my blood sugar got low. Guitarist was pissed at me till he found out what was wrong. Man that sucked.
