Mighty good gig last night! My thoughts:

Joel, you guys are a lot tighter and more musical than when I heard you last! Sounds like you have put some serious effort into trying to gel. It shows. :)

Jeff, this is the first I've heard YFC... For the way you downplay your abilities as a band, I expected far less. You folks really have something going! I was very impressed with the package, as a whole, you sound like a band with a lot more history than you have.

Oh, and if Chrissy ever needs some companionship...

Tony Vanlatte made it down with his guitarist Dave, in spite of sicknesses. Good to see you guys! You sort of snuck out... I'll return the shots next time :p

Good evening out! ;)

Thanks for coming out Karl. I think our posts crossed (started my own thread).

:)

I don't downplay our abilities as a band, I downplay my abilities as a bassist. I don't think I did anything to change that last night.

:D

I'm just glad these folks let me play with them.

Yeah, true. But, you know, if you took that guy's head to the beltsander, he'd wind up looking pretty much like you.

:D

Go ahead, ask your wife, bet she agrees with me. :p

j/k
:D

As I recall, that's the reason he gave for missing the UBP/YFC gig in August. I'm guessing that his yard will be featured in Better Homes & Gardens soon.

I'm just trying to keep from getting kicked out of the neighborhood.
