I had a problem with a Washburn XB400 neck years ago...it developed a permanent warp....I was s.o.l. on the warranty as the place that sold it to me went out of business a couple months after I bought it and never sent in the warranty card (I should have wondered when they offered to handle that for me...but WTF I was young) anyways I called Washburn and they said they didn't offer replacement necks.... so long story short...maybe Warmoth or guitar parts? good luck! keep us posted

Washburn used to be real good about honoring a lifetime warrenty. I had a X-6 six string I bought in 93. The bridge starting lifing 10 years later and they replaced it. Take it to a Washburn service dealer.
