Members Roswellian Posted October 24, 2005 Members Share Posted October 24, 2005 Hello All, My 7th annual Halloween party is this Friday, Oct 28th in a small town just north of Milwaukee WI. One of the opening acts I had booked to play cancelled. Actually, they got a better offer and I told them all along to take the better offer if it came along. I'm looking for a band or act that can play 45 minutes at 7:30 this Friday.I'll have P.A., Drums, a bass rig and Marshal 1/2 stack if needed for this group to use. Pay is free drinks for band members and I'll see what I can gather up with a pass of the hat for gas money but that's really all I can offer. The requested band would open, then my friend Scott's band the Twang Dragons play 2nd then Roswell plays a long set then we usually have a jam session to finish the night. The ideal band will include someone from this forum but I will consider a friend of someone on this forum. Please spread the word and contact me via PM ASAP so I can get you dialed in and on the marquee. I don't think we have anything going on Friday night, so as long as we can line up a babysitter we should be able to make it. I'd love to jam a few tunes again with you guys! I'll keep you posted. Myself Alone isn't really the same genre as Roswell but I'm going pretty far off the normal with the Twang Dragons this year so why not..... Think about it for next year....
