You know fretless, I have to say this. Despite it being between 5 and 6 AM where you are when I post these, you are consisitently the first person to reply. Very impressive. Either you are a serious morning person or have some damn strong coffee!!!! coffee.gif

When I worked as a brewer, I got up at 4 everyday, was at work by 5 and got out at around 2-2:30. I loved it, felt like I had a whole day left once I got out of work. If I could go back to that type of schedule, I would in a heartbeat.

Not a hell of a lot. New band, Whale, has it's first gig Saturday.

I figure you'll like the name! :D

Whale is a cool name, in that BEATles kind of way too, because I'm sure you guys wail!!! Awesome!!!

I don't have much news. Saw U2 a couple of times, saw Pearl Jam, got a bacterial infection from some bad fish that nearly killed me (but I lost 15 pounds, so that was good), and I'm still with Red and moving into a bigger place on the 21st of November, so everything's good, I guess. We had some family tragedies too, but I won't depress you with that crap right now.

Depending on the method of mashing, 3 batches would equal about 24 hours at our little brewery.

Give or take, with 1 h of rinsing in between.
