Members HORSE
just you don't think we're ignoring you. I'm trying to find something like what you're looking for, but I don't recall anything off the top of my head that matches your criteria. I'll keep at it though. Oh, and welcome to the forum! Make sure you have a ball of yarn to help you find your way out once you've been sucked in....

Members Adrenochrome
that [above] might be as close as you'll get. There are a couple of Peavey 5-strings that are close [eg Grind] but I think they all come with humbuckers, and I've never played one so don't know if they're any good. Members Rippin' Robin
Not easy. I don't think you'll find a 5-in-line pointy headstock at all, which sucks, because I've wanted a 5-string fretless Kelly bass all my life. Try old Carvin, which has a pointy headstock, just not 5-in-line. 5-in-line, either you need super slim tuners or you get a really huge headstock, or a normal headstock with 5 tuners crammed on it with the B-string mounted on the tuner at a ridiculous angle. Nice axe. The pups are passve with an active EQ ( 2 position ). The pups are AlNiCo which I'm not exactly sure what that does for the axe, but the sound is very big and has a lot of bottom. $699 discount price at Guitar Center or anywhere on the internet. I highly recommend this baby for anyone on a budget (I would have preferred a Ric, but settled for the used SRX705 instead).
