edited to add: I didn't read the caption at first. What did you guys do, just come back from jigging bass in a local swamp?

I admit, I'm something of a shoegazer. I like to think it suits the music though. :)

The guy in the rubber pants is my older brother, he had to join us late because he worked until an hour after the gig started. He works on a section crew for the railroad there and came straight over from work. It was raining, hence the pants, and we decided they were cool and he should keep them on. :p

The only real gig I've ever played btw.

Those pants are the best stage gimmick I've seen for ages icon14.gif

I actually thought it was a Halloween gig and that you were wearing those close to dress as hillbillies. That is so freakin coooooool!!! :thu:

You haven't played a gig since? Too bad, it's like a drug for me, I have to play/sing for people or I go bananas. I will even do karaoke if I have to go more than a couple of weeks w/out a gig. Keep on Rockin, oddsock.

I don't gig on the bass... not yet anyway. Only been playing bass for 5 years and I don't feel competent yet. Been playing horn for over 40 years and I've gotten used to a certain level of proficiency that I can't duplicate on bass yet, so it's garage bands and basement jams for the time being...

BTW, I am continually amazed at the diversity of the forumites that actively post here...

Tends to soothe my feelings of strangeness.
