I've got nothing to add, but my band opened for Vince Welnick last night and we played one of our best shows ever..

P.S. just legalize it already.

In Alaska it's legal under state law to have up to 4 ounces for personal use, if I'm not mistaken. Still illegal on Federal level though...

yep. it's still illegal at the federal level..

 

i just hope it reduces the amount of bull{censored} sentences given for posession. there are many worse things to give someone jailtime for than having weed on them.

I thought the government backed off on it due to pressure from U.S. govt. Last I read it was being put on the back burner by Martin etc. until after next election...I know Chretien wanted to push it through before he left but I was sure the liberals buckled to pressure from Uncle Sam about slowing down the borders etc. if they went ahead with Marijuana reform laws.....

 

....if I am wrong book me a ticket home....;)

Dereks worried about car accidents. I'm not. I never want to drive when I'm stoned. I'm too busy eating and watching cartoons. :D

 

But seriously: If it's decriminalized, I am worried about the knuckle heads who get drunk and decide to smoke also. I've seen too many people seriously wasted doing that.

 

I'm for decriminalization, mostly. I very rarely smoke it.
