I share the bass seat with a Stevie Ray Vaughan Tribute and Blues Cover Band. We recently added three songs to the demo list on the website. I got the pleasure of appearing on the new songs. They are:

1. Hootchie Cootchie Man

2. Mary Had a Little Lamb

3. Chitlins Con Carne

I have not heard this yet, but was so excited, I wanted to post it. I have never posted my playing before.

The website: RealTrouble

The Demo Clips Link: Demo Clips

We recorded this live with the Guitarist/Vocalist (Billy...aka Stevie Ray), Me (Matt Ebling) on Bass, Ernie on Keys, and Scott on Drums. We went direct from amps and condenser mics to a mixer to a cd recorder. Let me know what you think about the quality of the demos. We are going to add Texas Flood and Pride and JOy on Tuesday.

Second, let me have it about my playing. I am playing my MIA-Pbass with DR highbeams direct into a Fender Bassman 15" amp. Its not my amp, but it comes out good on recording.

Also, I am NOT the bassist in the pics on the site. That is Malcom the other bassist. :)

BP- That is a sweet guitar.

We have to bring a YOGA mat to the shows cause he does the Stevie bit on our rendition of Little Wing --> Third Stone From the Sun. He goes out into the front of the stage and does the slammin the guitar bit.

He also plays behind his back on Texas Flood and Behind his neck on some other tune.

The crasiest part is this - he is 16 years old!
