Ampeg BA500

Hey all,

 

I'm ready to move up from my Ampeg BA115 combo unit. I was thinking of getting the Ampeg SVT3 and a 4x10 cabinet, but then I saw the Amberg BA500 combo with 2x10" and tweeter.

 

Anybody using it and what do you think?

 

My playing is mostly in the middle range -- R&B/Motown clean notes, no hard rock.

Whatever you choose, I'd recommend a head/cab combo. It provides you some flexibility as well as being a little easier on the back.
