hey guys i want to get this

Bartolini NTMB - 3 Band Preamps (Treble, Mid and Bass, Boost and Cut)

2.4 A/P - Click here for layout diagram

1 Pickup - 3 knob configuration

Controls:

- Volume (w/Active-Passive Push-Pull)

- Mid (w/push/pull freq selector)

- Treble/Bass Stack

SO does that mean that the bass/treble is on the same pot and you can jsut push it up or down to chose bass or treble?

and whats the freq selctor?

i have only got for holes routed out for the pots for my old bass so i dotn want to be drilling in any more so is this a good preamp?

thanks guys

Bartolini doesn't make anything bad, it just isn't always what people want. Thats supposed to be a great preamp.

The Frequency selector will change the center frequency the midrange controls, giving you a few more options to shape your sound.

Stacked bass/treble means that it is a dual-pot. The top half is one, and there is another, wider pot directly beneath it for the bass side. Its basically two regular pots mounted vertically.
