Indy vs Sea I could see New York vs. Cincinnati, as well. *I am from Cincinnati, so am biased, but I believe that New York could be there as well*

Members degroove Posted December 6, 2005 Members Posted December 6, 2005 Yeah, I turned if off and went to bed at 14-0! As soon as Westbrook sprained his ankle, I had seen enough for one night! I still love my birds, just this season has been the most painful to watch in a very long time.
Members rikshaw Posted December 6, 2005 Members Posted December 6, 2005 it was a blast to see the look on the faces of those fans at the game

Members bnyswonger Posted December 6, 2005 Members Posted December 6, 2005 They sure have had some crappy games on Monday night this year... I'm pissed they totally left the Bengals off the schedule. It's all about market size, not the quality of the team.
Members KeroseneTrewthe Posted December 6, 2005 Members Posted December 6, 2005 Mike McMahon is crap. Im so glad he's not here in Detroit anymore....but actually we got the same thing to replace him as in Jeff Garcia who is crap too. Growing up with the Lions...ugh. Im hoping the Bengals pull it off. I hate Indy!

I rememebr when i was a kid I was watching a football game with my uncle and a friend of his. Detroit was on and his friend was a huge Detroit fan. I truely thought he was going to have a heart attack from all the screaming and cursing he did at the tv. It was funny though because at the end of the game he turned to me and said whatever you do.....DON'T START LIKING FOOTBALL!!! I recalled that memory after watching the last few Eagles games.

After a game like that, even Glen Frey seems desirable! The real pisser is that my fantasy game hinged on Joe Jurevicious. I only need 10 points to win, and that's not at all out of the realm of possibility. (You could make 10 points with either 100 yards of receptions, or 40 yards and a touchdown.) But they only threw the ball to him ONE FREAKING TIME, and he was out of vounds, so I got no score. Then with all the defensive scoring, the whole game plan changed. Now I'm just another loser. (fortunately, I've become accustomed to it...)

Actually, at a later point in the game the camera panned the crowd and stopped on a sign saying they should send in Ron 'Jaws' Jaworski. Al Michaels commented that Randall Cunningham was in the stands and maybe they should send HIM in... The most exciting part of last nights game was the retirement of #92. (Well, unless you're a Seattle fan...)
