Members james on bass Posted December 22, 2005 Members Posted December 22, 2005 I do know that you will be doomed to 7 minutes of bad luck if you eat the Festivus fruit cake. Did you just recently have some?

Members willsellout Posted December 22, 2005 Members Posted December 22, 2005 Life is what you make of it. There is no one in control of your life but you. IF you don't like something, you need to change it. It may not be easy but it can be done.

That may be true in some cases but not all. i truely think that i am cursed. i must have really pissed someone off in a past life
Members Moody Johnny Posted December 22, 2005 Members Posted December 22, 2005 When doing some difficult task or coping in a situation that needs mental or physical effort, I seem to be simply unable to do it without vitriolic cussing. Perhaps this way I "counter-curse" my birth curse that's hovering on me and succeed with the task. (In many situations I can't cuss openly, and have to do it "inside".) But this means even the simplest of tasks require going through struggle and extreme moods, and are stressful and mentally draining. And I have never handled stress well.

How could anyone have enough control over someone else's life to curse them?
Members bholder Posted December 22, 2005 Members Posted December 22, 2005 I got cursed at all the time, while I was married, and I think it was indeed a curse.
Members rovito Posted December 23, 2005 Members Posted December 23, 2005 My mother dabled in witchcraft and I dated a witch for awhile. Cursed is not the right word. Karma is the term you may want to use. If you do something negative it will come back to you three fold.
