Well for God's sake go ahead and buy it. Remember, it is always easier to ask for forgiveness than premission.

I talked to Pete today and he is willing to give me a break on a new one since the last one didn't work out. This time I will be going with my original pick..the Draken. Not for sure yet but I think I am going to broach the subject when she gets home....{censored}.

Ummm...no...well maybe a little bit, but we are still paying off all of our bills and this won't affect that. I will end up probably 5-700.00 in debt for this particular bass once the G&L is sold.

My daughter lives by this rule, and I don't think she's had more than two weeks of not being grounded since she was 12.:(:freak:

No, man no!!! Just buy it...

And then tell her about it on your way home with the axe so she can get the muderous rage out of her system before you get there.

Just do what I do every time...tell her it's the last bass you'll ever need.....ever......and have sincerity dripping out of your pores and eyes while you say it....

My wife has heard this so many times, and I say it so sincerely each time, she dissolves into helpless laughter every time I try and use it lately....hmmmmm....you think she's onto me?

Or hide it under the bed/in a closet for 2 years.

Bahahaha, I had a buddy who did that with a Kawasaki dirt bike. Bought it and hid it in a friends garage for 3+ years and then sold it. Always wondered how he explained to his wife why he was all covered with drit and mud and smelled like gas.

Those look like just killer basses, I would love to own one of his instruments someday. You have to do it, and of course put in a good review of it for us to g.a.s. over. If I ever have a builder make me a bass I have already decided on Hanewinkel. Good luck!

Willsellout, Just buy it and be done with it, the other stuff will sort itself in due time.. Buying the bass is supposed to be a good thing remember?
