yea, so i went into work to pick up my tips today, and one of the guys has a hand held taser, and naturally being a "cooler"guy than the shift supervisor guy, the supervisor was following along..anyways, they were harassing me to let them taser me? i have never been taserd, but its a {censored}ing taser, first off so im not stupid enought to let them taser me...anyways, they supervisor refused to give me my tips until i let them taser me...after much arguing by me, and them trying to con me into doing it, i got my tips, which i think they stole some of cause it was alot smaller than they usually are.

anyways, i dont want to get them fired, cause when one of em isnt being a dick hes a good guy, and the supervisor is allways a dick...should i report this to my boss or talk to them on the side?

im also goin in tomorow to transfer to a different location.

You sure 'bout this?

If he's going along with the whole taser thing, I wouldn't call him a "good guy".

Its usually better to try and work it out between yourselves before you go and report it. If you talk to them and they continue being a dick then by all means report it. But then again if he's a supervisor he really shouldnt be fucking around like that...

Harassment indeed ! Highly illegal , some people actually die after being hit with those things , they need to send that so called "supervisor" to management school among other things . I for one would put it on the record , so don't F#@K with me !!! asswipes

I don't know how is it in your place but around here, a taser is a weapon.

It's about the same as pointing a gun to you. Harassment indeed and not a light kind.

If you ever {censored} up they won't give you a chance anyway. Report the mother{censored}ers.

Talk to him about it. Ask him how a leader is supposed to behave. Document your dialogue. If the harrassment continues, bring it up to his boss.

Or...

Bring a gun and ask him why he brought a taser to a gunfight.

Oh crap, you're Canadian. Well, BOHICA then.

Report him right away. Speak to his boss directly, NOT to him. If his supervisor does not react, explain your next stop is with your lawyer and next the cops.

That is a weapon, anyway you look at it. They have the upper hand on you now and it will only get worse. Running away from your job will not solve anything. Stand up for yourself and good luck.

Jazz is right report it , first of all they won't be able to fire you without a good law suite . But if you talk to them they may get pissed and have you fired then your story is after the fact, but most importantly the owner or upper management should know what their paid employees are doing on the clock to other employees .

You should have kicked his {censored}ing ass!

Oh wait, he had a taser...:freak:

:D

I'd go in to work and pick on him about it. "where's your {censored}ing taser, bud? How bout I shoot your ass with it?"

Make him quit. They {censored}ed with you, not the other way around. You don't have to take it. If some {censored}ing asshole wants to stand between you and your money, {censored} him, bury his ass.

Make lamps out of his skin and {censored}.

Before reporting this, tell the guy you'll get tased if the supervisor does it first. After he takes one from the taser, back out and report them to management.

This is really a judgment call for you. You shouldn't have to worry about the ass holes you work with. Especially if they may be a potential risk to your life and stealing your money. If it was a case of "boys being boys" let it go. If you really felt threatened, report it so at least it is documented.

Bassguy,

I hope you do something. Anything! Report it for sure. The supervisor sounds very unstable in his little "fun" games. People like this scare me cause who knows what other crap they think is funny.

Im right across the bridge. Let me know if you need back up. I'll bring Mr. Louisville.

A glass of icecubes down your shirt is a joke. Tazers ain't no joke.

Report 'em.

EDIT:

Seriously, if you let them off this time, who knows how far they're gonna take this 'joke' the next time?

Confront them about it and tape record their comments if you can. At best what they did was assault and at worst attempted murder. Outrageous.

Tell everyone clearly and loudly.
