Members baracuda2004 Posted January 7, 2006 Members Posted January 7, 2006 OK so here is the story: This little 17 year old emo boy comes up to him in his little girl pants and belly shirt, with his hair all parted to the side in a Emopoint, and says "wow kick ass songs, but they weren't that hardcore, this is hardcore" and as we turned to see what he was saying he grabs Robert's PRS he just bought like 6 months ago and cut all the strings with a pair of scissors and then ran off yelling "{censored} YOU TARDS"... Now apparently(i didn't know this at the time) this kid did this is cause he was close to a girl that my friend just dumped. When he cut the strings real fast and took off he kinda dumped the guitar back on the stage(luckily it didn't hurt it). I only heard him say the "{censored} YOU TARDS" part and figured hey he's talking to me too so I chased the kid out the door and tackled him, i'm not sure why i did this it just kinda happened.. So then robert comes out of the door tells me to step back and procedes to kick the living {censored} out of this kid.. it took 4 guys to pull him off(me, his drummer, his lead guitarist, and another of our friends). It was really bad the kid chipped or lost like 2 teeth cause he got kicked in the face like 4 or 5 times and had a broken bone or two in his finger where he had his hand on the curb and robert just basicaly knee dropped right on it.. So we leave and then later at Robert's house the girl he broke up with earlier that week with up crying saying she's sorry she sent the guy to do that, and tried to kiss Robert, but he just leaned in, and screamed "LEAVE ME THE {censored} ALONE YOU DUMB UGLY INCONSIDERATE HAG" right in her ear, at this point i laughed so hard and long my nose started to trickle blood. The bad thing is she keeps calling him saying she wants my number... I've threatened him saying if he gives her my number i'm gonna skull-{censored} him with that nice sunburst PRS he just got... The funniest part is that the singer and the bassist came over the next day hungover like a mother {censored}er(they were passed out in the drummers van) and asked how we fought off like 12 people.. for some reason i guess they had tried to get up and the bassist said he just saw and I quote: "like this huge battle royal going on and there were elbows and knee drops and chairs.. He then says the funniest quote ever "Be careful, cause when you fight little bastards like that, they tend to pull out that spider monkey {censored}, your lucky he didn't whip all your asses" well there is a typical Friday night in the life of me and my friends.. (not made up happeden last night)

Members baracuda2004 Posted January 7, 2006 Author Members Posted January 7, 2006 just got more news via PHONE-call, Robert's ex called him and said the kid might tell his parents and get the cops involved...I hope this works out well... i'm kinda glad he doesn't know me, Robert said he wouldn't tell the police i was the one that tackled the kid cause the beatdown was because of me and worth it I really hope they don't find out about me doing that.....

Robert's first instinct was to grab his guitar and put it in the case and lock it...mine however was to chase the little bastard down. I chased him down threw him to the ground and stood up about the time Robert came out the door across the parking lot onto the curb, Robert would have been more than happy to run him down, but roberts kinda slow so i chased him down tackled abnd tackled him so he wouldn't get away, and he(robert) beat him up. Other than the tackle thee only one fighting him was robert, like i said after about 2 or 3 minutes we pulled him off of the kid and drug him back inside so we could get the gear and leave. ....

There were far better choices to be made by each of you. naw i honestly believe he won't give me up we've been best friends since like 2nd grade, he's 19 and i'm 20 and i've stuck out my neck for him more than once.. his exact words were"don't worry man your name won't be brought up at all. I tackled him. I beat him up. I'm the one the band had to pull off. You weren't even there .. REMEMBER....". that's exactly what he said on the phone about 15 minutes ago... and all the guys in the band were saying they would just say i wasn't there i was headed to the store for some drinks and smokes and wasn't back yet...so that's what we're sticking too if i do get visited cause the way my mom is i can't get in any trouble like that or i'll wish i only had to go to court(dissadvantage of still living with parent/s)... We(me, emo kid, and the band) were the only people that saw it everyone else was either inside or had already left and the guy never really knew i tackled him he thinks it was all Robert so i think i'm safe.. that is if he even tells, cause around here you don't tattle you handle you beat down's like a man.. but he's emo so he'll probably whine to his parents about it. And i know I could have handled myself better, but i've got this problem. I've kinda got this bi-polar thing, that gets set off when someone says "{censored} You" to my face. He said it and I just snapped.. I really don't remember running after him i just know he screamed "{censored} YOU TARDS" and i ended up tackling him... i'm really glad Robert showed up and beat him up cause i tend to try to choke people and beat their heads in with any object i can. Get some therapy or something, it's nothing to be ashamed of. You'll be a better person because of it.

Members willsellout Posted January 7, 2006 Members Posted January 7, 2006 If they get the cops involved tell them he hit your friend first. Tell them it was mutual combat. His word against the kids..and if your friend has friends that witnessed it, tell them to say the same thing to the cops. It's not the cops fault the kid picked a fight he couldn't win. The cops won't do anything most likely, but there is a chance that the family could get a lawyer and sue..but that is cost prohibitive and lengthy.
