Has any one ever ordered from this website before? I'm trying to find somewhere to purchase a Bassdrive pedal either in Canada or with free shipping to Canada (which this site claims to have).

 

They don't seem any sketchier, than, say, BassNW or other sites.

 

Any feedback?

Oh, and they do all their payment/orders through the paypal site (and it is the real paypal site), does this provide protection, via paypal, for me and my hard earned dollars?

 

It says they are 'Verified', and have been with paypal for over 2 years...

 

I really want to order from these dudes, the bassdrive is on for $249 + tax, free shipping...

You can make sure they're paypal verified when you enter in their paypal e-mail. It should say if they're if they are or not. If they aren't I would steer clear. Payal will cover you up to $500 that is if it's verified seller and it's being shipped to a confirmed address. I'm pretty sure that's how it is, you may want to look on paypal's site to make sure.

They are verified... and fulltone (and some other manufacturers) list them as offical dealers on their websites... so I think I'm gonna take the plunge... I will let y'all know how it works out

These guys are totally unprofessional rip-off artists. I'm out $247 on an order of George L's cables. They are total scam artists. The order was not filled accurately at all, the shipping was outrageous ($70 for two cables, neither as long as those ordered) and the owner responded to my emails like a total prick. I've registered complaints with the Southern Alberta Better Business Bureau, with Paypal and have contacted George L' regarding these weasels. Save yourself a lot of hassle and avoid these dicks.
