I actually thought about trying out for one group recently, but decided against it. Hobo, you playing with anybody in town?
Members Gaui Posted February 12, 2006 Members Posted February 12, 2006 I recently bought 3 cds called "The Big Ska Box" excellent stuff. I have also played with the idea of forming a ska band, but most people here doesnt even know what ska is.
Members bassman1956 Posted February 12, 2006 Members Posted February 12, 2006 Looks like a lot of fun!

Nah, for awhile some friends and i were considering starting up a ska/punk band, but it just never worked out with everyone going their own seperate ways. Plus I have more responsibilities now than I did then:( .
Members the_grouse_mouse Posted February 16, 2006 Members Posted February 16, 2006 yeah great song. I was too young for the scene, but bought a greatest hits album of The Specials. Another song I really liked was Naked Woman, Naked Man by the Buzzcocks I believe. "ska"
