I see that all of the new and most of the used PX4Ds for sale are pictured as grey. I've seen a few used on ebay, including one I just won, in blue. Does anyone know if there's any functional difference between the blue and the grey versions?

Time for a civil war, perhaps? ;)

The gray one is a PX4D (for guitar and bass)

The blue one is a PX4 (guitar only)

the green one is a PX4A (acoustic guitar)

I don't know what the red or white ones are.

So I bought what is supposed to be a PX4D, but it's blue. I'm not sure what to make of that, I guess I'll see when it arrives.

And is the PX4B - The bass model
:p

Too bad though, I hear black sounds the best

doubt it . The PX4B sounds simply stunning , just ask lug , better yet maybe lug will get the urge to lay waste to the forum and post a clip :p:D m/

I thought the blue one is the old guitar version .

Yup, blue for guitar, red for bass. The PX3's were the same way.

Oh I know, I used to own one.

I was referencing the old "red is fastest" but "black sounds the best" etc... or however it went

I asked the seller, he admitted the error and offered me the full refund, so that's good. I still have to go find another one, though, what a pain in the ass.
