Members ec437 Posted February 27, 2007 Members Posted February 27, 2007 Every now and then, you'll find a website that really does something awesome. You know, some amazing feature that is totally useful. Other than HCBF, of course. Recently I stumbled across http://www.nutritiondata.com/ . This site is pretty cool, it has a database of thousands of foods, which you can save in your "pantry" thing and then input whatever you eat throughout the day, and it will analyze your diet according to your individual needs, based on your height, weight, sex, activity level, exercise amounts, etc. If it doesn't have something in its database that you want to include, you can input the data from the package as a custom food. Highly recommended for the fitness nuts here Anyone else have one they'd like to share?
