Posted July 16, 2007 Members Share Posted July 16, 2007 it depends wildly on what kind of sound you're going for...if I had three grand just to buy a bass rig with, I'd either get one of those giant 400 watt marshall VBAs with a matching 8x10 or the classic giant SVT set up, I have an ampeg 8x10 and a GK 1001 RB II head, it sounds remarkably good and the whole thing only cost me like 1500 dollars, you could buy that, then you could take the remaining money and give it to me Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
