Members funkrockfreedomfighter
I'm selling a pedal and want to take the velcro off. In the process of taking it off, I managed to rip off the velcro layer but not the sticky part that attaches it to the pedal. How can I get this stuff off? Members funkrockfreedomfighter
Yeah, I'm talking about a thicker layer of gummy stuff. Lighter fluid works for the stuff below it, but I'm taking a paint stick to this and it ain't movin'
Members slapthefunkyfour
How long did you let it soak? It should take off anything if you soak it long enough. It might take a couple applications.

Members Verlian
Use a Pick and some WD-40. Or if the pick isn't strong enough, use a screw driver.
Members funkrockfreedomfighter
Thanks for the tips everyone. I ended up using my fingernails to pick off the gunk then I used lighter fluid to remove the base layer of stickyness. Now its as smooth as a ________.
