Members caseyg1986 Posted July 19, 2007 Members Share Posted July 19, 2007 Ok, the back of my SVT-CL says "Tube Complement: 12AU7 12AU7 12AX7 6550(6)," which looks like 3 pre-amp tubes and 6 power-amp tubes, but everywhere I read says that the SVT has 12AX7(2) and 12AU7(3). Am I just unable to see where the driver tubes are or what? Also, BOTH the red and green bias LEDs are lit-up except when I play a note. The maual says to adjust the bias so that only the green LEDs and lit. I have not ever changed the tubes or adjusted the bias since I purchased the amp (used, about 3 years ago).
