Work the bandage slowly and it'll come off eventually.EDIT: And stay away from the HCLHe's right but I would add one more important step. Once you have the bandage off, pat it dry then immediately apply some triple antibiotic ointment. You can get it at any pharmacy, K Mart, Walmart, Grocer, etc. It's the best thing since sliced bread.
