Beer can chicken, corn on the cob, and mashed taters! My g/f still doesn't know if she's coming. She's only met my sister and is kinda scared to meet everyone at the same time. I don't blame her. You drink half the beer or so, shove it in the chicken, grill it on low (or indirect heat), the beer boils, and cooks the chicken from the inside leaving it mega juicy and the tastiest ever.
