Members snd4c
Is it like a regular Head when you connect to two 8ohm cabs it equals to 4? I have two 8 ohm cabs and I would like to use the PA/Preamp setup to power it. So will it be like:4ohm Stereo per Channel = 450w (to each speaker) or 8ohm Stereo per Channel = 300w (to each speaker)

If it's got two amps and you connect one speaker to each amp, then each one presents (duh) an 8-ohm load to each amp. If you hook both speakers to one amp, then it's the 4-ohm rating and each speaker gets half that power output
Members Roguetitan
If the2 8 OHM speakers are bridged that will give you a 4 ohm load.if the speakers are plugged directly into the amp into seperate TRS jacks then they are pushing 8 0hm load. He's talking about the load on the amp itself. If you plugged (2) 8 ohm cabs into separate TRS jacks as you say...the amp will still be operating at 4 ohms.
