CMS Author Craig Vecchione Posted August 10, 2007 CMS Author Share Posted August 10, 2007 Would you be willing to trade off some of your other abilities/talents for more musical talent? I'm very "mechanically inclined" and can draw and draft well. I'd gladly trade the drawing artistic ability for a better singing voice. Not so sure I'd give up the mechanical thing, as I get a lot of joy from being able to build and fix things. How 'bout you?
Members countrybass
Better vocals in place of my stunning good looks.
Members burdizzos
I could easily be a better player or a better singer. If I spent as much time practicing both as I do posting here, I'd destroy. I rack disciprine.
Members Rowka
Is this like adjusting your vitals in D&D so you can tailor your character into the perfect Paliden, or some such crap?

Members Funkee1
That's called "a performance". No..... I mean, I'd rather be less proficient on bass and vocals, but be independently wealthy. I want to be the music industry's answer to Mark Cuban- No discernable skills, but gash out the wazoo!!! Members i_wanna_les_paul
I think the only thing I could trade for more talent is hours of practice. Which, obviously, I have chosen not to do
Members bnyswonger
I think talent might be a liability in the pop music biz.
