Members justinbass Posted August 10, 2007 Members Posted August 10, 2007 So I bought a cheap ($15) 32 oz Bodum French Press based on the words in the other coffee thread. Anyone that likes coffee NEEDS to buy a french press today. Simply put, it is much better coffee. I had coffee this morning out of a drip coffee maker, and I just now had the same beans made in the French Press. 10x better. This is the beast "gear" I've bought since my Reverend.
Members Crescent Seven Posted August 10, 2007 Members Posted August 10, 2007 My only beef with the french press is that it's too messy. I'm not comfortable flushing grounds dowm my sink...C7
Members i_wanna_les_paul Posted August 10, 2007 Members Posted August 10, 2007 I've tried French Press and while I can see how it really is better coffee, I still prefer my Folgers from a drip coffee maker with enough sugar and cream so it doesn't taste like coffee anymore. I guess my crap taste in coffee matches my "crap" taste in music. Dustin

So you don't like coffee, you like caffeine. I am okay with that. They invented Tea for pansies like you.
