Members PaulyWally
Walking basslines is something I never really get a lot of practice on cause I don't play with a lot of jazzers. But I always liked to keep it in my practice routine anyway. I haven't walked bass much at all in the last year, and it really shows. And now I'm playing music where I need to have decent walking skills. If only I would have kept practicing. But it's kinda tough to keep a regimen when you have no incentive to do so. Oh well. Back to practicing, I guess...
Members SpaceGhost
I have the worst time with that. When I'm not playing in a band where I'm reading charts or sight reading something, my skills at that go to hell and I don't feel like practicing it. I still haven't figured out a way to keep myself interested in things I'm not using.
