Members Undead Sycip
Well after a lot of pain and agony, I managed to pull myself out of bed and made it to GC @ 1230. The bad news is, Roland pricing = Boss pricing. GC is not allowed to mark them down (like iPod and Mesa). The good news is, the manager pulled his string and bumped $120 off the price of a set of Roland TD3K V drums (the entry kit), threw in a Pearl bass pedal for a penny, discounted the throne and some Vic Firth sticks ($3.00 a pair) and helped me wheel everything out to my Element. Anyway, the Roland is worth the extra money over the Hart and Simmons kits. The last two felt like toys. Everything from the hardware to the electronics scream "kiddie set". The best news is: My wife is actually interested to learn to play the drums.
