Members justinbass
I don't know of anyone locally, and I have a bass that has a broken trussrod and needs some fretwork done. I will ship the bass to get the work done. Do you guys have any suggestions?

Members justinbass
Ouch...if that's your Ibby it ain't gonna be cheap! It is a G&L. The Ibby is working wonderfully still. I haven't touched the trussrod in ages. That neck never moves.

If it's a bolt-on, a neck replacement might be a cheaper alternative.

Not out of the question, but it looks like this might be nothing more than a stripped bolt and some badly leveled frets. If it turns out to be worse, I'll see what a replacement neck from G&L costs compared to the cost of the work needed. I'd rather keep the original neck if possible.
