Members boscal45
ive been planning to go see mute math on october 6 and i had my ticket for the concert before school began. but choir started up last week, and as it turns out we have a choir concert on the same night! so now i have to go talk to my choir director about it and try to get out of it.... im thinking about taking the "ive been planning to go out of town that weekend and cant back out of my plans" route. i probably should try to not mention the concert, since he probably wont like that i am skipping a choir concert for a rock show. crap. (sorry about ranting, but its 1:30 and everyone is sleeping and i needed to get that out so i could start to calm down and get some sleep myself...) Members Fran da Man
Sounds like you may be concerned about repercussions? If you do make up a story to go to the concert, you can almost bet that someone from school will be there, then tell this one, tell that one, etc; till it gets back to the Choir. Members Anesthesia
Just man up and tell him there is a concert on that you don't want to miss. If he decides to get a case of the angries, be firm but not rude. What you do with your time is YOUR decision after all
