Because if so, I would like to apply the same rule to people who really smell. I mean, really REALLY smell! I had to sit next to a stinker for an entire flight once, and he smelled like a cross between {censored} and BO. Apparently, another passenger complained about the length of her skirt, and as such was was removed. Also, she's a waitress for Hooters. That might be the most covering outfit she owns. I think she was a passenger, and someone (either another passenger or an employee) freaked out about how she was dressed, and kicked her off the plane. Whoever it was must live in a box... She was escorted off, made a clothing adjustment, reboarded the plane, then she asked for a blanket to cover herself. That makes a big difference - being thrown off a flight or simply rearranging one's clothes and allowed back on. She did not miss her flight. I don't see her winning a lawsuit. Sorry.
