Members jonathan_matos5 Posted September 16, 2007 Members Posted September 16, 2007 either that or something is touching the speaker itself. i put in a flecktones cd and and im hearing a vibration kinda farty and in time with victor. its not my sub because the sound is originating from the passenger side front. what are some ways i can properly diagnose my hypothesis without having to take apart my door?
Members BEAD Posted September 16, 2007 Members Posted September 16, 2007 You should be able to get the speaker out without taking your door apart too much. Remove the speaker and hook it up to a home stereo or something.
Members jonathan_matos5 Posted September 16, 2007 Author Members Posted September 16, 2007 the inside door has one big panel and the screws seem to be hidden, possibly some kind of clips to fasten it. also because its the door it will have all kinds of plastic around the speakers to protect it from water. i don't have the right tools for the job and no extra cash at the moment which is why im asking for a non intrusive method of diagnosing the problem.

I think the non-intrusive method of diagnosing the problem is that when victor plays the front right speaker farts.
