Members RIC N BACKER Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 The season finale was AWESOME!!!! I L-O-V-E that show. Discuss or not. excellent episode. damn shame I have to wait 9 months for the new season!
Members chunky-b Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 I had open endings that make you wait for moths!!!! Love the show...
Members bnyswonger Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 I will admit, I find it entertaining.
Members Funkee1 Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 How did you tear yourself away??? And wrapping is what the wimmuns is for!!! Yeah..... But I'm the one with the car, and the money!!!! I just finished watching. Awesome. I can't wait till next summer!! 4 more days till "Heroes" though. That'll keep me amused till then!
Members Ender_rpm Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 Amen to heroes And yeah, this was a great episode, I just wish Mike had whacked the dude, no questions, instead of leaving him there wounded. And Fi apparently can't shoot worth a damn
Members xOriginalNinjax Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 Great show from what I saw...very fun.
Members ezstep Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 I haven't seen the episode yet...hope to catch it this weekend or later. I have discovered that there is too much "nothing" on television, no matter how many channels you can get. And, when you find a show that you like, work gets in the way.

A series 2 Tivo will stop working when it figures out the subscription has expired but a series 1 will work like a VCR forever.
Members lug Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 Burn Notice stops just a Dexter starts up again..Life is good.
Members Ender_rpm Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 What is this dexter of which you speak? This summer was really the first time in a couple years i've been geographically stable enough to watch tv series, and the bets ones seem to be form the "new" networks. You have Burn Notice and Psych on USA, THe cLoser on tnt, etc. The majors give us the biggest loser (self deprecating) and Last Comic Standing, which I have to admit is a favorite of mine. Now we go back to the 196th season of ER? Ugh.
Members Funkee1 Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 Now we go back to the 196th season of ER? Ugh. Yeah, but did you see the season ending cliff-hanger of ER? Stanley Tucci is gonna shake things up, and WOW! What en ending! ER might be rescued from the shark-jump!

And Fi apparently can't shoot worth a damn Yea, I understand Michael can't rock the boat too much but with all the heavy stuff they get into they have to whack someone sooner or later. That drug dealer would have been a good start. Leaving that guy alive leaves him in play, and may piss off the other dealer that gave him the info.
Members lug Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 What is this dexter of which you speak? Showtime show where serial killer does good.
Members rpsands Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 Man, I love Burn Notice. It's like the A-Team mixed with an awesome spy novel and a little bit of seriousness. Is it me or is USA developing into a really great network? I watched Psych, Monk and Burn Notice all summer and honestly would be fine just watching them the rest of the year and skipping all the other {censored} except Heroes and BSG.
Members Optimus Prime Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 Burn Notice stops just a Dexter starts up again..Life is good. Dexter and House next week! Real good finale. Bad ending. I don't want wait until next summer to know what happens. Does anyone know what's in those air duster cans? I want to try and smash a lock freezing it with that stuff. They said freon. I might run up to Home Depot to try that tonight.
Members lug Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 Man, I love Burn Notice. It's like the A-Team mixed with an awesome spy novel and a little bit of seriousness. Wrong! It's MacGyver meets Bond meets Miami Vice!

Most of them are just compressed air. Freon isn't even legal for that kind of use anymore, I'm pretty sure.

I'm probably going to try it anyway. All I need is a can of air and a lock. That's like $9. I have a hammer and a punch.

The old compressed freon cans sprayed upside down got multi-colder than anything you young punks use today!

So it's not going to work with the new cans? I wish I grew up 15 years earlier than I did. You know the days when you could easily get the stuff to make gunpowder from a pharmacy. By the way, where can I get pure sodium? I have a cool depth charge/way to fish that isn't ridiculously boring idea.

I didn't realize it until that tennis thing was on for what seemed like 3 years, but most of what I watch is apparently USA. I'm surprised Burn Notice made it through the full season, it's that good. Really surprised it's going to be renewed. Lately it's smarter to avoid watching a new show I think I might like until Season 1 is on DVD and Season 3 is airing. The network mentality seem sto be that a new show has to be at least #3 in the rating by its 2nd episode or it's cancelled. My favorites though are the ones that get cancelled before they've even aired.
Members hawkhuff Posted September 21, 2007 Members Posted September 21, 2007 Great show. I love Fiona, a hot woman with weapons and Brisco County Jr. too.
