Members jmb374
New BIKE Day. I just bought a leftover 2006 model Suziki DL650 V-Strom today. My first bike!! Pics: The wife has a good reliable car now and I don't need two trucks so one had to go. She said as long as I break even it's cool. So long story short, I gotta bike!!! I'll do my best not to let this interfere with my bass playing.
Members L-1329
Very nice, and congrats on the first bike. I've never ridden one of those, but they have got to have about the most comfy seating position possible. That has to be a fun bike to ride, enjoy it! Yeah, it's just a perfectly natural riding position, for me anyway. Now I have to bother the neighbor to go ride some, since I'm too much of a n00b to go by myself. Were your gear too, boots, riding jacket, gloves and helmet at the very least at all times. Mostly just remember that the best way to learn and improve is to get out and ride as much as you can, even if you go by yourself. Just take things safe easy and you'll enjoy riding a lot more.
