Members Ender_rpm
So we had our inaugural gig as a full band saturday night, and it was a hella lot of fun Our main problems were monitors (there weren't any to speak of), the room (picture a cement cave with sports memorabilia on the walls), the the problem I need help with: When I had my OD on, my 75 RI would give me high pitched feedback like a mofo. Burying the tone control helped some, but I am hoping this doesn't mean I need new pups. It was fine clean, just with the OD there was a problem. Thoughts? The pups are the originals, so if possible, i'd like to keep them intact, but if I need new ones, at least I got paid enough to justify the expense

Members misterhinkydink
You could have them wax-potted or re-potted but if it were me I'd swap them out.
