So 8 hours after i left I arrived. Thank christ I didn't hit any traffic. I'm staying right across the street from the pyramid brewery and safeco field. My room has a 40" plasma, and Ipod hookup and free wireless internet. If it weren't for the fact that I have to go through a 2 hour question and answer period tomorrow morning this might be pretty cool:eek:

Anyway, I will hopefully be meeting up with Knucklehead and Markee tomorrow night..I'll either be celebrating or drowning my sorrows:D. Anyone else around?

I'm on the other side of the mountains, but let me guess is it raining? :p

BTW, don't go to Pioneer Square at night, unless you want to get robbed, mugged, stabbed, and/or shot

You ain't from 'round her, is ya.....

:D

It's sunny and warm-ish but that'll change just after dinner. And Pioneer Square isn't the threat you make it out to be - unless you gots 'victim' tatooed on your forehead, or badmouth the 'hawks or Mariners excessively vocally.

Gimmee a call tomorrow and let em know what your day allows. You'll be saving me from home repairs - and I sooo need saving.

Well I just got back from my run. Ended up running down past Pioneer Square and hitting up BassNW. What a {censored}ing Joke. One guy was on the phone the whole time and the other dip{censored} was talking about his band nonstop with some poor schmuck. Neither one of them asked me if I needed any help..which I did; I wanted to try the Dingwall and I was thinking about purchasing the EBS compressor...but in ten minutes neither one of them looked at me or the other guy in there. I've actually gotten better service at GC's if you can imagine that. Anyway, the run was good, it was cool and breezy and I kept a good pace..now I can go and have a good meal and a few beers and finish up any studying I feel like doing. I always feel so good after a run I'm not sure why I don't run a lot more.

Good luck manana!

BassNW? This is why customer service is SO IMPORTANT!

You never know how many other potential customers an ignored and pissed off potential customer can turn away.

If a store has a rep for having a huge selection of quality gear, great service, and fair prices, I will go way out of my way to check it out.

And at 25-50% of the time, I will spend serious money there.

And I will tell other people about my experiences good or bad.

I make a living doing Business Intelligence consulting and at least half of my work is Customer Relationship Management (CRM) related.

How well you do this is the difference between getting rich, just surviving, and going out of business in a hurry.

Just look at Genz Benz or Avatar. They get it. I am certain that a lot of people that never would have bought their gear if they hadn't heard great things about their customer service.

I wonder how much Eden's sales are down because of publicity about customer service issues.

Nuff said.

I have experience good CS there..just not today..both guys were too busy to help the two guys looking at {censored} in the store. Whatever..if I hadn't owned half the basses in th store at one time or another I probably would have been more forgiving.

I've had nothing but great service there. If you play like Bassius they'll even give you a Tee-shirt. Personally, I've yet to garner a tee out of them but that's understandable.

Hey guys..I'm feeling absolutely exhausted. I don't think I'm up for meeting up tonight unfortunately. I'm most likely going to pack up my {censored}, grab a bite to eat at the restaurant downstairs and come back up and try to get some sleep. I hope to make it up here again Later on in November when my wife is going back to California for a couple weeks..hopefully we can meet up or have a NW GTG?
