Members catphish
My Pal foot foot is by favorite. I haven't seen that album in years. oh....and there was a really awesome musical done based on them too. All the songs started off how they sound in reality....and then morphed into these amazing songs (how the girls supposedly heard them in their heads)

Members walkerci
Meh... Here was one of the reviews.... "This album is really... something. It was recorded in one day in 1969. The Shaggs sound is hard to describe, since they don't sound like anybody else. They could barely play their instruments, and they didn't sing that well, either. But despite their technical shortcomings, their music has a certain naive charm to it. If you are only interested in music that is technically proficient, you probably won't like this album. But if you like music that is "different", you may get a kick out of it. " Granted, technical proficiency is no substitute for groove. But, no. Definitely do not want. Definitely do not want. the album is sort of like the musical equivilant of a really really REALLY bad horror flick. It's meant to be serious, and yet it's so bad, that it's totally hillarious and fun. The sad part is the father spent the entire family savings thinking his girls would be stars. they ended up broke, and he died. Now they're probably making decent money off it though.
