Members duncan
There's one locally for $1900 canadian, good deal? I guess Orange made 100 handwired versions of these, and this is #50.
Members bikehorn
if you have $1900 that you wouldn't regret spending, I'd say get all up in that.
Members Poltergeist
if you can afford an Orange amp and youre a fan of that kinda sound, go for it... theyre some of the best you can get!
Members Fiery Furnace
That's a lot of dough, but if you take care of it it might be the last amp you ever need.If that's worth $1900 to ya, go for it! Still, at that price, I would offer just a bit less... I doubt he'd say no to $1700.
Members duncan
well, it's at a local music shop. it was more of a heads up to see if anyone wanted me to pick it up for them, seeing as how they're kinda rare.

Members lyricpoet
Sorry, I'm not down with Orange.Completely different company than the Orange of the 60s-70s, and they make some of the crappiest little guitar amps in the world now. It's a marketing ploy....make a 100 bass tube amps "hand wired" from a name (you thought) you could trust- they must be fantastic right?I'm not going to get into the tube vs SS endless debate, but to me it's all about the headroom, and for $1900 you can get some ridiculous headroom.
