Members chubrocker
OK, I have some used software. Some are recording software, but also some design software I might want to sell. Is this legal to do?
Members HackedByChinese!
First, what specific software are you trying to sell? It all depends on the EULA. You need to check that and see if the license is transferable or not, which in turn will tell you what your next course of action is.

Members dDigitalPimp
a friend of mine in college bought a PC from some small, one man company. his XP cd was a burned copy with the "microsoft windows XP" written in a sharpie on it. cant get much worse than that. my take is if you have uninstalled the software on your PC then F it. sell that crap. Members WillPlay4food
Guitar Tracks 2Band in a BoxAdobe CS2Sonar (prolly won't sell) I think with Adobe CS2 you may have to contact Adobe in order to allow CS2 to activate on the new machine. They will let you do this, I just don't know if there's any kind of fee to reset the license in their computers.
